NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me out of the said District Court in the above entitled action, I will on the 24th day of July, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., of said day, inside the cafeteria conference room located in the basement of the Sedgwick County Courthouse, 525 N. Main Street, in the City of Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas, offer at public sale, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following described real estate located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, to-wit:


A portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 25 South, Range 2 West of the 6th Principal Meridian; Sedgwick County, Kansas described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 25 South, Range 2 West of the 6th Principal Meridian; thence with an assumed bearing of North 89°25’46” East along the North line of said Northwest Quarter 2629.48 feet to the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 00°16’07” East along the East line of said Northwest Quarter 2559.39 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 89°40’02” West along the South line of said Northwest Quarter 2641.38 feet to the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 00°00’00” East along the West line of said Northwest Quarter 1312.53 feet; thence South 90°00’00” East perpendicular to the West line of said Northwest Quarter 450.00 feet; thence North 00°00’00” West parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter 400.00 feet; thence South 90°00’00” West perpendicular to the West line of said Northwest Quarter 450.00 feet to the West line of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 00°00’00” East along the West line of said Northwest Quarter 836.00 feet to the point of beginning;


 The above described real estate is levied upon as the property of the Defendants, and is directed by said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale.
