Richard L. Halbert


Richard L. Halbert is a member of the firm.  He is one of a small number of attorneys in Nebraska selected by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel to membership as a “Fellow.” Mr. Halbert specializes in estate and business planning and counseling. He was born and raised in Falls City, Nebraska. After graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1968, he spent several years as prosecutor in Grand Island, Nebraska, before returning to his hometown to practice.
